Cloudberries with ice cream 0
If you are lucky to find fresh or frozen cloudberries, serve them in ice cream! If you have av can of cloudberry jam since your visit to Scandinavia, use it the same way.
- 500 g cloudberries
- 1 dl strösocker
- 500 g vanilla icecream
- leafs from lemon balm
- Add cloudberry and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Spread the icecream into four serving bowls.
- Heat cloudberries until lukewarm and put them on top of the icecream. Decorate with lemon balm leafs.
Just one or two teaspoons of finnish cloudberry liqueur is perfect to put into the cloudberries
