A lovely cold sauce to serve with all kinds of fish. The recipe can be doubbled if you want to serve it on a buffet.

  • ½ cup of crème fraiche, 2 dl
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ cup of chopped dill, 1 dl
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • You also need:
  • a coffee filter

Serveringstips


  1. Begin by pouring the crème fraiche for the dill cream in the coffee filter and let it drain for 2 hours.
  2. Add the crème fraîche in a bowl. Peel the garlic and grate it down.
  3. Stir in the dill and season with oil, salt and pepper. Set cool for serving.
