How to cook new potatoes
The scent of the seasons first new potatoes boiling with dill is a true summer scent for us Swedes. If you want boiled new potatoes in store for potato salad or butter fried potatoes, just double the recipe. I call this “planned overs” intead of left overs.
Cinnamon buns
Cinnamon buns or cinnamon rolls might look in slightly different ways. Most famous is probably the traditional shell shape. Putting the buns in paper cases is important, or some of the filling might go on the baking tray.
