Canapés with Västerbottensost and figs

Mingle canapés who tastes wonderful with the drink before dinner. This drink is made of champagne and Swedish strawberries.

  1.  Cut the bread slices in two and place them on a serving tray.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese and the grated cheese. Put cheese cream on top of the bread slices.
  3. Cut the figs into thin wedges. Decorate just before serving.
  4. Put 2 or 3 sliced Swedish strawberries in a glas. Fill up with champagne.
